Daniel Geiger is a results-oriented, operational and strategic leader with more than 20 years of international industry experience in life sciences, IT and metals and mining.

His core competencies include advising in start-up and corporate development, ensuring CFO transition, financial transformation, business modelling and financial planning, audit committee advisory and financial compliance (IFRS and US GAAP), M&A, due diligence, valuation and integration as well as IPOs, capital market transactions and investor relations.

Before joining Kuros as a CFO and his part-time consulting role at Hoffmann & Partner, his career has spanned from Senior Audit Manager at EY to CFO EMEA and VP Finance at Kofax to VP Accounting, Controlling and Investor Relations at Swiss Steel Group and to Chief Accounting Officer at Autolus Therapeutics plc.

He has spent a large part of his career in the UK and the US and is active as a private equity investor supporting young entrepreneurs. Daniel Geiger holds a bachelor in Business Economics & Administration, an international Executive MBA (EMBA) degree and is a Certified Investor Relations Officer (CIRO) and a Swiss certified public accountant.
