Simon Marti is a Manager at Hoffmann & Partner, where he advises clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as well as valuation matters.

Before joining Hoffmann & Partner in 2020, he worked as an investment strategist in the private banking sector in London and Zurich.

Simon holds a Master of Science in Finance and Accounting from Imperial College London and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialisation in Financial Management from the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW). He is also a CFA charterholder.

He also gives guest lectures on M&A and valuation topics at the University of Basel and the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW).
