Richard Graber works as a Senior Manager at Hoffmann & Partner and serves our clients as part-time or interim CFO within the scope of our CFO services as well as supporting the finance department in the areas of reporting, controlling, accounting, taxes and HR.

Before joining the Hoffmann & Partner team, Richard Graber held senior positions in finance and administration for more than 15 years with a globally active Swiss machine manufacturer for wet grinding technology and mixers, as well as a manufacturer of high-precision stamped and fine blanked parts belonging to a US-listed group. Prior to that, he spent more than 12 years at Ernst & Young in Switzerland and, at times, in the USA, where he led numerous auditing, IFRS and Swiss GAAP FER mandates for companies of various sizes.

Richard Graber graduated as a business economist FH/HWV from the University of Applied Sciences of Basel and then completed further training to become a Swiss certified accountant. He also completed training as a certified expert in accounting and controlling.
