Marc Kessemeier expertise lies in the fields of corporate finance, structuring and reorganisation. He advises entrepreneurs and companies primarily in the life sciences, service and cultural industries. He advises them on financing and the purchase or sale of companies.

He has worked in the international music industry, for the Ehlers Consulting Group, for which he managed the IPO of GeneScan Europe AG, and as an entrepreneur. The last exit for which he was responsible was AdVita Lifescience GmbH.

Kessemeier has more than 20 years of experience in building up young companies, considering the requirements for a successful exit.
