Life sciences and ICT growth companies and start-ups are advised to keep/conduct their share registers and generally organise and conduct a variety of corporate events via electronic platforms. This allows for a much more secure and efficient administration.
Due to our many years of activity in the field of CFO services and our experience with such platforms, we have decided to enter a strategic cooperation with Trustwise and their corporate platform Twex and have invested in this company ourselves.
