This unique product offers you the following advantages: Expenses are recorded via a web solution (Edi) or app. The internal control is still carried out by you. Only our solution is integrated in such a way that the booking ends up automatically in the accounting department. You no longer have any costs for us in the booking process. You no longer have to pay for typing.

With Cornercard and Amnis debit cards, even better processing is available.

Live access (AbaWeb)

AbaWeb makes it possible to retrieve your company’s daily updated figures. Export the data in Excel, PDF or in interface format for further processing and your controlling. As an Abacus fiduciary partner, we deliver quality. Use the payroll module to work with sensitive data. Or take over the recording of hours as the basis for the billing of hourly wage earners. AP Workflow

Checking and approving invoices is a major administrative effort. With this option, you define the limits for employees and determine the downstream persons. The solution is integrated into our portal and can be used in German and English. Complex processes can be mapped with just a few questions, saving you time. The booking is already prepared with your data. We only take care of the (VAT) legal aspects of the posting.

Advanced document processing

Our portal is used with our Basic or Basic+ package. Submit invoices by e-mail, mobile scan or drag & drop. Posting is automated and sources of error are avoided. Create transparency and long-term orientated filing. Release payment runs and wages directly in the portal. You do not need to store any confidential data and benefit from a very high degree of automation.
