Under the umbrella of the newly founded Swiss Digital Home AG, the two PropTech companies, houzy and myky, are jointly developing the market-leading platform for private home ownership in Switzerland. In future, the platform will support homeowners throughout the entire lifecycle of their property, helping them to make informed decisions and to maintain and enhance the value of their home in the long term.

Bern, 18 August 2026 – For many people, home ownership is the greatest asset of their lives. At the same time, issues such as financing, maintenance, refurbishments, energy efficiency, insurance, selling or succession planning are becoming increasingly complex. Information, services and points of contact are often spread across numerous providers.

This is precisely where houzy and myky come in: under the umbrella of Swiss Digital Home AG, a comprehensive and secure digital platform for private home ownership in Switzerland is being created. It supports homeowners throughout the entire life cycle of their property, helping them to make informed decisions and to maintain and enhance the value of their home in the long term.

A shared platform for home ownership

The new platform brings together the complementary strengths of houzy and myky: with around 3.5 million users per year and 320,000 registered residential properties, as well as a broad network of tradespeople, banks, insurance companies and estate agents, it creates a comprehensive, wide-reaching platform centred on private home ownership in Switzerland.

“Our aim is to enable homeowners to manage their properties more easily, make better decisions for their future, and maintain and enhance their value in the long term,” says Tiziano Lenoci, CEO-designate of Swiss Digital Home AG.

Added value for owners and partners

Owners gain easy access to information and services relating to their property – from financing through to maintenance, refurbishment and sale. Their personal property dossier provides a secure place to store important documents, valuations and property-specific information. This allows them to maintain a clear overview and, thanks to relevant recommendations, make informed decisions on maintaining the value and further developing their property.

Partner companies such as tradespeople, banks, insurance firms and estate agents also benefit from the shared platform. They can offer their services precisely where owners are specifically seeking support.

Continuity and security

For houzy and myky customers, nothing will change as a result of the merger: existing customer relationships will continue, and personal property files, along with all relevant data and documents, will remain securely available as usual and will later be consolidated on a new platform. Proven operational structures ensure stability in day-to-day operations, whilst Switzerland’s high data protection standards continue to guarantee security and trust.

With a broad base of shareholders and partner companies, Swiss Digital Home AG is ideally positioned for sustainable growth. The pooling of expertise and joint technological development lay the foundations for expanding the platform in the long term and further strengthening its position in the Swiss market for digital home ownership.
